An all-inclusive exciting weekend that you can spend with friends, relax and create great projects designed and taught by SuzieQ and Mike Strong. Friday October 15th 2010 - Sunday October 17th 2010. We will kick off Friday afternoon with a reception and your first chance to be creative and get those juices flowing. Saturday you will take three awesome fun filled classes with door prizes flowing throughout the day. We will create till late and all your meals and snacks will be provided. Digital and Hybrid Scrapbooking!
I'm sure everyone is starting to hear about this latest fun way to create, keep and share those treasured memories. Well I've caught the bug to! I found one of the best tools for doing this is Adobe Photoshop Elements - it lets you organize your photos, your new digital scrap books pages, templates, embellishments and more. What got me really hooked though is that I took a class by one of the best Digital Scrapbook teachers around - Patty Debowski. If you want to get started I thoroughly recommend Patty's excellent book Digital and Hybrid Scrapbooking and Card-Making with Photoshop Elements. Stamp Camp! Everyone turned out recently for one of SuzieQ's famous Stamp Camps. For those who have not been to one before this is an afternoon event where participants design a card and then bring enough kits for everyone; this way you get to make as many cards as there are students! It's great fun, even for those of you who are not card-makers (oh and did I mention we always start with a great 'pot-luck' lunch!)
