Purchases and Payments
Goods are not supplied on a trial basis and all prices quoted are exclusive of tax unless otherwise stated.
STOCK/ITEM AVAILABILITY
Some items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer. Normally items will leave the manufacturers plant within 1-2 business
days of submitting an order, unless it is back ordered. Shipping carriers may vary. SuzieQPapercrafts will provide these shipment tracking numbers when available.
BACK ORDERS
On occasion, particular item(s) may be out of stock.
If the item is due within a few days, we may hold the rest of your shipment for that item.
If it is expected to take longer we will send the rest of your shipment and contact you. You will be given the
options to wait for your back ordered item or cancel it.
All payments throught the website are made through PayPal (including credit cards and debit cards); all such payments are accepted without surcharge, however we reserve the right to deliver only to the
card holders billing address or any other address acceptable to the card issuer.
Your credit/debit card will be charged at the time of order in order to secure the goods.
No goods shall pass from SuzieQPapercrafts to the customer until payment has been received in full.
All products are subject to availability and are covered by manufacturers' warranties.
Shipping
Acceptable orders which have been placed and cleared by 3pm Monday to Friday will be shipped the following day. If an order
has not cleared in time, SuzieQPapercrafts will contact the customer to inform them of any
delay. Orders placed between 3pm on Friday and 3pm the following Monday, will be dispatched for delivery on Tuesday.
All illustrations and product descriptions featured in our advertisements, web site or brochures are correct
at the time of going to press or web pages going 'live'. Any changes to the products will be mentioned on the
website or at the time of ordering by mail order.
In the event of a delayed delivery or faulty goods, we can accept no resonsibility for loss of earnings or
which depend on the products in question arriving by a certain date.
Returns
New, unopened items must be returned within 15 days of the date customer received. SuzieQPapercrafts will issue a full refund
minus shipping costs in the original form of payment within 7 business days of receiving returned item.
Special orders are items not normally stocked by SuzieQPapercrafts, therefore we do not accept returns unless the item is defective.
Defective items can be returned for exchange within 15 days of the date customer received. SuzieQPapercrafts will issue a refund on return shipping costs within 7 business days of receiving defective item.
SuzieQPapercrafts recommends that returned items be shipped via a trackable post like FedEx Ground or UPS, fully insured. SuzieQPapercrafts is not
responsible for any damages or losses through shipping.
For returns, please contact returns@suzieqpapercrafts.com for a return authorization number and instructions.
Claims for non delivery, missing items or damage to goods in transit must be made within 7 working days of expected delivery.
Claims will not be accepted after this time. Goods found to be faulty from new can be returned for replacement or refund.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. |
